UNDERSTANDING YOUR PAYMENT OPTIONS
We believe in full transparency regarding how your payments are structured:
- Standard 4-Month Plan: Split your purchase into four equal monthly installments. You pay 25% immediately at checkout, and the remaining balance is spread across three equal installments over 60 days. There are no hidden fees and no interest on these standard plans.
- Extended Payment Plans: For larger investments, extended repayment plans of up to 12 months may be available depending on eligibility. These longer terms may include a Customer Processing Fee or Service Fee, which are clearly outlined before checkout.
- No Late Fees: Tamara is 100% Sharia-compliant and does not impose any late payment penalties.
- Credit Reporting: Please note that while there are no late fees, late or missed payments may be reported to the Al Etihad Credit Bureau (AECB), which can affect your credit score and result in account suspension.

A NOTE ON APPROVAL
Payment approval is handled entirely by Tamara. To be eligible, you must be 18 years or older, be a UAE resident with a valid Emirates ID, have an active debit or credit card in your name, and have no outstanding overdue payments with Tamara. Tamara sets a maximum credit limit of up to AED 20,000, subject to your individual credit eligibility.
