The AlphaTheta RMX-IGNITE is a next-generation professional DJ effector that completely reimagines sound manipulation for live performances, succeeding the legendary Pioneer DJ RMX-1000.

 

Description:

 

Launched in January 2026, the RMX-IGNITE combines dynamic 3-band frequency control with an advanced performance sampler to "ignite" live creativity. It features a sophisticated audio engine with 96 kHz/64-bit DSP processing and premium 32-bit ESS Technology converters, delivering transparent and high-resolution sound. The unit is divided into two primary sections: a 3-Band FX area with tactile Levers and Isolate knobs, and an upgraded sampler with larger rubber pads and a dedicated Groove Roll function. Its multicolor screen provides real-time feedback on sample names, BPM, and effect parameters, eliminating the guesswork of its predecessor.

 

Key Features:

 

  • 3-Band Frequency Control: Apply effects independently to the High, Mid, or Low bands. This allows you to process vocals (mids) with heavy echo while leaving the kick drum (lows) unaffected.

  • Lever & Isolate FX: Features three large Levers for instant, dramatic effects (like Echo, Reverb, and Stretch) and three Isolate knobs for smooth, methodical transformations (including Tape Echo, Filter, and Drive).

  • Advanced Sampler: Includes four larger rubber pads with overdub looping and comes preloaded with 20 Loopcloud samples. You can also load custom banks via USB using the free RMX-IGNITE Sample Manager.

  • Groove Roll & Color FX: A new Groove Roll feature creates complex percussive fills by pressing multiple roll buttons, while six independent Sampler Color FX (Echo, Pitch, Swing, etc.) reshape your samples separately from the main tracks.

  • Release Echo: A signature large button that instantly clears all active effects and samples, returning to the dry track with a smooth, professional echo tail.

  • Digital Integration: Connects digitally to compatible mixers like the DJM-V10 or DJM-A9 via a single USB cable for lossless signal transmission.
